Return postage is the buyer's unless the delivery arrived damaged, defective or wrong. The refund is issued three to five business days after the return is credited.

The Horse Boost refund window
Sixty days, counted from the date the payment went through. The order email carries that date and it is the only date the window depends on. Dispatch does not restart it and delivery does not restart it.
Because a purchase happens before a dispatch, a window measured from the purchase closes earlier than the same window measured from the warehouse.
